The "Spring Peace Cafe Set" is a product that includes one "Brule Imanishi Mellow Coffee" and six "Dora Panke Ankrim". The price is 3,320 yen (tax included) per set.


"Brule Imanishi Mellow Coffee" is a hybrid dessert of Baumkuchen and Brulee made from Hokkaido, which uses all the main ingredients such as flour, eggs, and sugar. Plenty of butter from Hokkaido is kneaded and baked into a moist mouthfeel. The royal road of plain Baumkuchen, the mellow and flavorful coffee brulee like old-fashioned coffee milk, and the caramelized sugar can be combined to enjoy a happy spring melt.


"Dora Panke An Klim" is a dough with a moist and chewy texture, and is a sweet with plenty of red bean paste from Tokachi and milk cream. As a limited taste only for mail order, it is finished in a fresh taste more like Hokkaido.
