"Mango Parfait" will be on sale from April 16th at each Kura Sushi store. Limited to 20 meals a day at each store. You cannot take it home.

A mango parfait that is becoming a standard and popular item in the Kura Sushi sweets brand "KURA ROYAL". It has been well received every time it is released. The "Mango Parfait" that will be released this time is topped with colorful mango and strawberry that shines in red.

Alfonso mango, which is the highest quality mango in both taste and aroma, is luxuriously used for the special mango jelly made in the store. Also known as the "King of Mangos", it has a low fiber content and an elegant taste that melts in the mouth. The rich mango jelly is layered with a mildly sweet milk blancmange or whipped cream to create a light taste. The sweet and sour raspberry sauce is a good accent for the entire parfait.

For toppings, we use mango gelato certified by the Italian Gelato Association, which uses plenty of Alfonso mango juice and pulp. The combination of ripe mango, which is characterized by its refreshing acidity, and seasonal strawberries, creates a refreshing taste that goes well with after meals.

The price is 528 yen (tax included, some stores are different). The sale period is from April 16th to May 11th. It will not be sold during the period of April 29th and May 1st to 5th.
