Mango sorbet & apricot kernel ice cream

Two-color ice cream inspired by the dessert that comes out at the end of the Chinese cooking course. It was made from the desire to eat both mango and almond tofu. The mango sorbet uses Indian Alfonso mango puree, and the apricot kernel-style ice cream uses amaretto (liqueur) made from the same apricot seeds as almond tofu. The content is 122 ml and the price is 198 yen (excluding tax).
