The content of the tea was renewed in March 2021 with the aim of "more green, more delicious." In addition to using Ichibancha at the highest ratio in the history of "Iyemon" as before, Ichibancha Tencha, which is the raw material for matcha, is newly used. In addition, by evolving the technique of roasting and burning, a richer flavor and more fragrance are realized at the beginning of drinking, and a mild astringency is realized at the end of drinking.
