7-ELEVEN Cafe "Uji Matcha Cookie" is a cookie that combines white chocolate with matcha dough using Uji matcha. It is slowly baked at low temperature.


The dark green fabric is a large size with a diameter of about 9 cm. There aren't many white chocolates, but the size of one is large.


When I grab it, it has a moist and soft texture. It may be close to "sticky" past the moist. Since it was baked slowly at low temperature, the feeling of crispness is weak, but instead, the sweetness and the flavor of matcha wrap the tongue richly. It's a bit like when you're eating cookie dough before baking.


White chocolate is milky and has a strong sweetness for an accent. The base matcha dough is bittersweet, so it's a good combination.
