I tried FamilyMart's sweet "Melty Chocolat". Supervised by Chef Ujiie of "Kens Cafe Tokyo", this dish allows you to enjoy two layers of flavor with different richness and aroma.


The selling price is 248 yen (tax included) and the calories are 292 kcal. A fluffy chocolate cream is combined with a rich chocolate pudding with a smooth and melty texture that uses FamilyMart's original chocolate that sings "Bean to Bar Chocolate".



The light-colored layer on top has a soft and gentle flavor, with a mellow sweetness. The dark layer underneath has a stronger bitterness and richness, with a distinctive cacao flavor and a heavier texture. If you squeeze the two layers together, the flavors of both will mix and linger in a complex way.


A very satisfying dish for chocolate lovers. Coffee or tea is perfect for matching drinks, and we recommend not only straight but also milk tea and cafe au lait to soften the bitterness.
