Seijo Ishii "Setouchi Setoka Mandarin Marmalade"

It was announced from the official blog that "Setouchi Setoka Mandarin Marmalade" is now on sale at Seijo Ishii. Contains setoka pulp, skin, and juice.

The selling price is 798 yen (excluding tax), and the content is 270g (9.52oz) per bottle. Setoka was born by multiplying multiple citrus fruits such as Kiyomi, Angkor, and Murcott, and combines the good parts of each variety with a trolley called "Citrus Great Toro", a melting texture, a rich and juicy taste, and a fresh orange scent. It has been launched as a feature.

This time, the setoka became a marmalade. Approximately 53% of the flesh, skin, and juice of Setoka from the Setouchi region are used, and a large amount of grains are added to give the texture as if you were eating Setoka as it is.

Compared to general marmalade, it is juicy, sweet and has a modest bitterness, and it is said that the refreshing oranges are scented in the sweet scent like orange. You can enjoy it as a simple butter roll, scone, yogurt, or as a side dish with fresh cheese.
