"Toraya Cafe" and "Toraya Cafe An Stand" will be integrated on March 1st, and the name will be changed to "Toraya An Stand". At the same time, the menus such as "An paste" and "An cake" will be renewed.

"An paste", which was previously handled, will be renewed. There are two types of year-round sales, one size with a content of 155g (5.47oz), and the selling price is 972 yen each. The label design will also change. The expiration date has been extended to one year, making it possible to store for a long time. From April, the number of stores handling Toraya will be expanded.

"An paste [Koshian]" is a new year-round flavor. It is made only with red beans, sugar and agar so that you can feel the flavor of red beans.

"An paste [brown sugar and maple syrup]" is also a flavor sold all year round. Brown sugar and maple syrup are added to the strained bean paste and carefully cultivated. A rich taste with a deep sweetness added to the flavor of bean paste.

In addition to this, a limited-time bean paste will be sold in a lineup of 6 types a year.

"Ancake" is baked into a size and texture that is easy to eat so that you can enjoy the bean paste more easily. Each has its own unique taste and texture. The selling price is 324 yen each.

"Ancake [cacao]" is baked with chocolate mixed with red bean paste and Ogura bean paste. It features a rich taste that is integrated with brown sugar, cinnamon, and port wine. Chocolate contains 5 types of cocoa mass, which is particular about the balance of taste and aroma when combined with bean paste.

"Ancake [Matcha]" is baked by combining matcha and white chocolate with white bean paste made from rare white azuki beans. A gentle taste packed with two types of matcha flavors.

"Ancake [Lemon]" is made from rare white azuki beans and is mixed with lemon and baked softly. Tailored with the scent of domestic lemon pureed with the skin. You can enjoy the balance between the sweetness of white bean paste and the refreshing acidity and bitterness of lemon.

"Ancake [milk chocolate]" was baked with bean paste mixed with French milk chocolate. Brown sugar is also added for a deep and gentle taste. The surface is light and the inside has a moist texture.

"Azuki and cacao fondant" is 3,888 yen. Specialty from the beginning of 2003 opening. Chocolate is combined with Koshi-gyo and Ogura-gyo, and it is moist and richly baked. "Matcha and Shiroan cake" is 3,240 yen. Matcha and white chocolate are combined with white bean made from rare white azuki beans and baked plumply. Taking advantage of the umami and astringency of the two types of matcha, you can now feel the flavor of matcha. You can enjoy the gentle taste of white bean paste and the rich flavor of matcha.
