Tokyo Midtown Louvre Exhibition Special Limited Menu

In conjunction with the "Louvre Museum Exhibition" being held at the National Art Center, Tokyo, each store in Tokyo Midtown is offering a special limited menu only for this season from May 30 to September 3.

Toshi Yoroizuka "Paris-Brest à la Toshi

Toshi Yoroizuka is offering "Paris-Brest à la Toshi" (1,350 yen, tax included, same as below). This menu item is an interpretation of the traditional French pastry "Paris-Brest. It is made with pistachio cream and Ecuadorian chocolate, and accented with raspberry jam and vanilla ice cream. The "Eiffel Tower" is also included.

Philippe Mille's "Chocolate Ganache and Raspberry Tart Modeled after the Pyramid of the Louvre

Roppongi Terrace Philippe Mille is selling "Chocolat Ganache and Raspberry Tart Modeled after the Pyramid of the Louvre" (2,160 yen). The transparent candy is made to look like the Louvre pyramid, with layers of rich ganache made with Valrhona Caraibe chocolates and cholate cream. Inside is a raspberry sauce. Marbled together, it is served with vanilla ice cream and a sorbet of fleur de louis rouge. Reservations are required at least one day in advance.

The Ritz-Carlton Cafe & Deli "Opera

The Ritz-Carlton Cafe & Deli now offers "Opera" (702 yen). Smooth coffee mousse encases bitter chocolate ganache and crunchy almond coffee praline, and is finished with rich glassage chocolate. Accompanied by a chocolate plate of Veronese's masterpiece "Beautiful Nani".

Toraya "Dusk of the Eiffel Tower

Toraya is now selling "Dusk of the Eiffel Tower" (1,944 yen per bottle). This limited edition "Dusk of the Eiffel Tower" was created to commemorate the 30th anniversary of the opening of Toraya's Paris store, and is being re-sold for a limited time. The beautiful Parisian sunset is represented by orange amber kan and black neri yokan. It is a beautiful item that invites emotion.
