Saint-Germain has announced a new menu for February on its official website. Four types such as "Chocolate Danish with raw chocolate finish" will appear.

The contents and selling prices of each are as follows. All notations include tax.

"Spinach and pancetta bread quiche" costs 249 yen and has 260 calories. Pork "pancetta" is included as an ingredient that goes well with spinach.

"Charcoal-grilled chicken and miso ginger onion" costs 292 yen and has 320 calories. It is baked with charcoal-grilled chicken and onion slices mixed with miso ginger sauce on crispy bread. It may not be available at some stores.

"Chocolate Danish with pavé chocolate" costs 281 yen and has 365 kcal calories. Danish pastry with French fermented butter is covered with chocolate and finished with raw chocolate and custard whipped cream. It may not be available at some stores.

"Spring color sandwich of smoked chicken and tarama salad" is 486 yen and calories are 396 kcal. Smoked chicken and egg salad, tarama salad and sandwiches with bright vegetables. It may not be available at some stores.
