Kuzefuku Shoten "Hitokuchi-yaki chin from Nagasaki Prefecture"

"Hitokuchi-yaki chin from Nagasaki Prefecture" is on sale at Kuzefuku Shoten and online shops. The price is 680 yen (tax included).

"Chin" means "flying fish". In Kyushu and western Japan, it is called "chin" and is loved as a material for grilled fish and soup stock. The newly released "Hitokuchi Yaki Chin" uses flying fish landed in the Goto archipelago near Hirado, Nagasaki Prefecture from August to October. There are two flavors, "lightly salty" and "mirin flavor".

"Hitokuchi-yaki chin" is a snack that is made by cutting the baked chin into bite-sized pieces that are easy to eat and seasoning. The more you chew, the more fragrant flavor and umami of your chin spreads in your mouth. Perfect for beer and shochu snacks, and for children's snacks.

"Hitokuchi-yaki chin from Nagasaki Prefecture" is perfect when you want another snack for your home drink or when you want to fill your stomach a little. When you see it, be sure to pick it up!

* Because it has bones and fins and is a little stiff, please be careful when eating with weak teeth or jaws or small children.
