Tsukasa, a specialty store for beef tongue, opened its first store in the back alley of Kokubuncho, Sendai City in November 2006. Currently, it is a popular store with 4 stores in Sendai City, 1 store in Los Angeles, USA, and 3 branch stores in Omiya, Akabane, and Kawasaki. You can enjoy the delicious taste of beef tongue carefully selected from Australia, and the charcoal used is oak charcoal from Iwate prefecture, which won the Prime Minister's Award.

This is the first time that a product supervised by Tsukasa, a store specializing in beef tongue grilling, has been released. The collaboration was decided in support of Lawson's desire to "enjoy the taste of popular local restaurants while staying at home," as the number of opportunities to go out is decreasing due to the effects of the new coronavirus infection.
