The apricot spread is priced at 1,300 yen and comes in a 100g (3.53oz) package. It is made with the concept of "being more like apricots than apricots." High quality apricots with a strong aroma and sweetness are ground and combined with cocoa butter from the Colombian Trinitania cocoa. In order to maximize the flavor and aroma of the delicate ingredients, the paste is left unmolded and packed in a bottle.

No artificial essences or flavors are used, and no fats or oils other than cocoa butter and cream are used. It can be eaten on toast or crackers, or simply spooned into your mouth.

After that, it is distilled into a clear, colorless liqueur with an alcohol content of 54%.

Originally, it is used to flavor fried pork chops and lapuccinos (Chinese sausages), but it is also used to make bonbon chocolates atHeichinrou. To match the flavors, two single origin chocolates, "Peru 63" and "Vietnam 65", were added to the center ganache.
