"Meat Tama Ankake Udon" is a dish in which hot egg ankake prepared in the store is often entwined with freshly made udon noodles. It is recommended to enjoy it while changing the taste with "Grated ginger" and "Marugame Seimen special Shichimi Shichimi" with beef that is sweetly seasoned with sanon tou and cooking soup. "Grated ginger" tightens the taste refreshingly, and "Marugame Seimen special Shichimi Shichimi" stimulates the egg sauce with its rich citrus aroma and spicy accents.

The menu has sold over 9 million cups and has been popular as a winter-only product. Also, as the "Egg Ankake Series", "Egg Ankake Udon" and "Menta Tamago Ankake Udon" are on sale this year as well.
