Udon

Noodles with Meat and Egg Ankake As a winter-only menu item, the "Meat and Egg Ankake Udon" has been so popular that a total of more than 9.8 million bowls of the dish have been sold. The "Meat Gassane Tamago Ankake Udon" is an evolution of the popular "Meat Taman Kake Udon" in pursuit of "more handmade and tastier".

The udon is made with sticky udon noodles, a slightly sweet beef and egg ankake, and a combination of chicken and pork minced chicken and pork. With every slurp of the udon, the egg ankake and the soboro are entwined, and the flavor of the meat can be felt everywhere you eat.

The flavor of the chicken and the light taste of the pork are well balanced in this dish, and the ginger is carefully cooked and handmade in the restaurant. The flavor of the meat is spread with a satisfying texture, allowing you to enjoy the flavor of the meat until the very last mouthful.

The special egg starchy sauce is based on the flavorful broth that is made every few hours at the restaurant. The beaten egg is added several times to ensure a smooth texture. The gentle flavor of the egg ankake traps the heat and keeps you warm until the very last bite.

The noodles are made with only 100% domestic wheat, salt, and water, and are served hot directly from the kettle into the bowl. The udon noodles have a "neck" in the middle, which is a sign of freshness, and the egg sauce is well mixed with the udon. For take-out, the noodles are watered down and warmed up before serving.

The hot udon noodles are served in a small bowl, and you can add a variety of free condiments little by little to enjoy the change in flavor. We recommend grated ginger to enhance the flavor, tenkasu for its crunchy texture, and shichimi for its spiciness.
