The seasonal menu "Seafood Egg Ankake" will be on sale at "Marugame Seimen" and "Menya Dori" nationwide. It is a cup of oysters, scallops, crabs, 3 kinds of seafood and egg ankake, combined with chewy udon noodles. The handling period is from December 17, 2019 to the end of January 2020. Please note that it will not be sold at some stores.

The selling price varies depending on the volume of udon, average 690 yen (tax included, same below), large 800 yen, profit 910 yen. With the addition of plump oysters, scallops, and crabs, the different flavors and textures of seafood are combined to create a taste that is different from the traditional seafood menu. By mixing the crab meat with eggs and ankake, you can enjoy the umami with freshly boiled udon noodles and ankake.
