A fair where many Hokkaido ingredients such as sushi and side menus are sold. "Ikura Tsutsumi" (150 yen), which has a rich flavor and a petit-petit texture, and the new "Kuri Crab Tsutsumi" (100 yen), which is said to be comparable to horsehair crab, are packed with high-quality flavors. On the side menu, there are three types of Hokkaido miso ramen, in which soup is often entwined with small noodles. You can choose your favorite ramen depending on the mood of the day, such as rich miso, butter corn miso, and spicy miso. In addition, to enjoy the taste of Hokkaido, Jaga butter made from Hokkaido-produced lights, fried octopus with an irresistible texture, and sushi topped with cream cheese made from 100% Hokkaido raw milk are also available.
