From Italy's chocolate gelateria Venchi, which has a history of more than 140 years, there are 11 new flavors of chocolate "PICK & MIX" that can be selected by weight from one grain, "Clemino Matcha" and "Mediterraneo Truffle". It will be released on the 19th of March.

"Cremino Matcha" is a layer of chocolate made by adding lemon flavor to matcha and white chocolate, and is a three-layer chocolate sandwiched between layers of pistachio paste and white chocolate.


"Mediterraneo Truffle" is a soft white chocolate dough with almond and pistachio paste mixed with finely crushed lemon peel and pistachio. A chocolate truffle version of gelato that was sold in the summer and was well received.


In both cases, the combination of materials is finished in a unique flavor that is typical of Venki. The price is sold by weight and is 17.3 yen (tax included) per gram.
