Goncharoff "TRUFFIN

Goncharoff has announced on its official website that "TRUFFIN," a line of truffle chocolates sold by weight and available in any quantity, will be available again this winter. The mouth-watering ganache is covered with chocolate. It will be sold mainly at department stores and other event venues.

The price is 756 yen per 100g (3.53oz) (tax included). As a rule of thumb, 100 g contains 7 to 8 pieces. Fill the prepared bags or baskets as much as you like, and ask the staff for the bill. This service is available for both gifts and for home use.

There are 19 truffle flavors. The following are presented as examples

milk

Milk" is our most popular classic chocolate, a mild milk chocolate ganache covered in milk chocolate.

Royal milk tea

Royal Milk Tea is a new luxury flavor. It is a soft-tasting royal milk tea ganache covered in white chocolate, created in 2019 after many requests from tea lovers.

Almond

Almond" is a crunchy praline almond ganache covered with milk chocolate.

Pistachio

Pistachio" is a ganache filled with the "queen of nuts," a favorite among women, and covered with white chocolate.

Strawberry

Strawberry" is a strawberry ganache with freeze-dried strawberry granules, covered with white chocolate.

mint

Mint" is a mint-flavored ganache with a fresh aroma, covered with sweet chocolate.

Matcha green tea

The "Matcha" is made with matcha green tea from Yanoen in Uji-Tawara, Kyoto, and the matcha ganache is wrapped in sweet chocolate.

Cherry liqueur

The "Cherry Liqueur" is a gorgeously flavored cherry liqueur ganache covered in sweet chocolate. The juice concentration of the liquor has been increased to give an even more cherry flavor.

Marde Champagne

The "Marde Champagne" is a rich ganache with a touch of Marde Champagne for adults, covered in white chocolate.
