There are two types of noodles, "Goku-Katsuobushi Meat Udon with Ninben Domestic Katsuobushi Powder" and "Goku-Katsuobushi Small Shrimp Tensoba with Ninben Domestic Katsuobushi Powder", both of which are new products of Sanyo Foods.

The noodles are tailored so that you can enjoy the smooth and chewy texture peculiar to soba, which fully brings out the characteristics of "ground soba". The soup is based on the deep bonito powder of "Ninben", and mackerel, kelp, and dried sardines are added to make it rich in flavor. The ingredients are a combination of small shrimp tempura, kamaboko, and green onions.
