"Short of cloud foam cream" from Lawson "Uchi Cafe Specialty"

From Lawson, the "Uchi Café Spécialité" series is now available as a "reward sweet" that pursues the simple taste of the ingredients. "Cloud cream short", "Chestnut proficient Mont Blanc", "Urdoke cheese terrine" and "Hokutoro Toyojun sweet potato" will be on sale from October 27th.

Lawson has a lineup of about 30 types of original sweets, including standard products such as "cream puffs" and "eclairs," Japanese and Western eclectic sweets, and new sensation sweets that are particular about the ingredients, texture, and naming. Since its launch last year, 58 new sensation sweets series such as "Basque" and "Hobocrim" have appeared, and a total of more than 130 million units have been sold (as of the end of September 2020). This time, we are developing a new "Uchi Cafe Specialty" as a reward sweet that you can meet close to you.

・ Cloud foam cream short
A shortcake that you can enjoy the taste of two types of blended cream. The inside uses a blend cream with a refreshing and light taste, and the outside uses a cream produced in Hokkaido, a cream with a fresh mouthfeel, and a "blend cream with a pleasant milky taste" using Hokkaido milk. The sponge dough is soaked with milk syrup to give it a moist texture so that you can enjoy the sense of unity between the cream and the sponge dough. The price is 295 yen (tax included, same below).

Mont Blanc where you can enjoy the taste of chestnuts from the first bite to the end. Marron butter cream, marron sponge, marron whipped cream, and deep-tasting marron cream are layered on top of the meringue dough coated with marron-flavored chocolate, which is a combination of marron-flavored paste and white chocolate. The price is 320 yen.
