The "Takumi no Ichizoku Project" is a series that offers "a gem that goes beyond the common sense of conveyor belt sushi" in collaboration with a well-known store Takumi. This time, there are three types of sushi, "Tom Yum Kung Sushi to Eat Spicy", "Managatsuo Tempura with Douchi Sauce", and "Takumi's Lychee Coconut Milk Tea". Both can be taken out.

"Tom Yum Kung Sushi" is a menu devised by Mr. Yoshioka of Kyoto's popular restaurant "Blanca", which offers a wide variety of dishes by skillfully using spices and ingredients. It is a dish unique to Takumi, in which the authentic Thai spicy soup of "super spicy caution" is trapped in the nigiri. A new sensation of sushi with the umami of shrimp rushing in after the aroma and spiciness of coriander. The price is 300 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).


"Managatsuo Tempura with Touchi Sauce" is also a menu devised by Mr. Yoshioka. The tempura of Managatsuo fried in the store is crispy on the outside and fluffy and elegant on the inside. You can enjoy the deep soybean sauce made by fermenting Yoshioka's special soybeans and the managatsuo tempura together. The price is 150 yen.


"Takumi's lychee coconut milk tea" is a drink menu devised by Mr. Sawada, a popular Chinese restaurant who is not bound by the frame, based on traditional techniques, trained at a famous store in Hong Kong. Coconut milk is combined with lychee tea using carefully selected tea leaves. Tapioca milk tea unique to Takumi, with black tapioca and a fruity scent that can be enjoyed elegantly. The price is 280 yen.
