The "Waguri Fair" will be held from October 1st to 15th at "Ginza Senbiya" and "Patisserie Ginza Senbiya", which handle high-class fruits and sweets mainly in the Tokyo metropolitan area. This time, "Waguri Parfait" and "Waguri Mont Blanc" will appear.

At Ginza Senbiya, the Waguri Fair was held in September, and pies and puddings were sold, but in October, parfaits and Mont Blanc will be sold. All of them are made with domestic chestnuts.

The Japanese chestnut parfait has a large chestnut on top, and plenty of chopped chestnuts between the layers of marron cream and fresh cream, making it a satisfying meal. Waguri's Mont Blanc has become a standard and popular confectionery with plenty of rich malon cream.
