Ginza Senbiya “Murata-san's Strawberry Fair”

"Murata-san's Strawberry Fair" will be held at Ginza Senbiya and Patisserie Ginza Senbiya. A limited number of parfaits, cakes, tarts, etc. using the strawberry "Tochiotome" will be available from April 5th to 18th.

All the sweets are made from "Murata-san's strawberry (Tochiotome)", which was cultivated at Murata Farm in Ibaraki Prefecture. It has a good balance of mellow sweetness and moderate acidity, and is characterized by a rich and rich taste. There are different menus for takeaway and fruit parlors.

There are three types for To go: "Strawberry Parfait", "Strawberry Shortcake", and "Strawberry Tart". Only strawberry shortcake can be eaten in with a fruit parlor.

"Murata Farm Tochiochime Strawberry Parfait" will be prepared for fruit parlors. The contents are strawberry, fresh cream, strawberry sorbet, strawberry mascarpone ice cream, and white chocolate. Only the fruit parlor on the 2nd floor of the Ginza Senbiya Ginza Main Store is available.
