First Kitchen Sweet Potato "Red Haruka" Dessert

At the First Kitchen store and Wendy's First Kitchen collaboration store, three desserts of the seasonal sweet potato "Kouharu" will be released on September 24 (excluding some stores).

"Kouharu" is a sweet potato type sweet potato that was born by crossing "Kyushu No. 121" and "Spring Kogane" and was registered as a variety in 2010. When heated, it has a moist and fluffy texture, and the sugar content is said to exceed 60 degrees. The sweet potatoes of other varieties that had been on the market until then had a better sweetness and texture, so they were named "Kouharu".

"Red Haruka's Shiratama Cream Zenzai" is a combination of Hokkaido Yudezuki, soft serve ice cream, Shiratama, and black honey that goes well with Hokuhoku's Beni Haruka. It is a special dish that combines the ingredients that First Kitchen is proud of. The price is 350 yen. You cannot take it home.
