Just add soda water! Thick, fluffy pancakes
Just by replacing some of the milk with soda water, you can make your ordinary pancakes thicker, fluffier and chunkier. Here's how to do it.
Material ( For two sheets )
pancake mix 150g (5.29oz)
egg one (object)
(cow's) milk 75ml (2.54us fl oz)
carbonated water 25ml (0.85us fl oz)

Ingredients

150g (5.29oz) pancake mix
1 egg
75ml (2.54us fl oz) milk
25ml (0.85us fl oz) sparkling water

Directions

Crack the egg into a bowl and mix with a whisk.

Add the milk and mix further.

Add the pancake mix and mix quickly with a spatula.

Harder than usual at this point.

Add the soda water and mix to evenly distribute the water.

It will be about as loose as the usual fabric.

Heat a frying pan with salad oil (not included), wait for about 10 seconds, drop the dough, and cover. For Teflon-coated frying pans. Place the pan on a wet cloth and let it cool slightly before dropping the dough.

Cook over low heat for 3 minutes, turn over when the edges are set, and cook for another 2 minutes.
