Grilled chicken breast with miso mayonnaise
material
1 chicken breast 2 tablespoons potato starch1 tablespoon of salad oil
1 tablespoon each of ketchup, mayonnaise, miso, mirin, soy sauce
1 teaspoon each of sugar and oyster sauce
How to make
Mix ketchup, mayonnaise, miso, mirin, sugar and oyster sauce in a container to make a sauce.Slice the chicken breast to about 1 cm. Peel off the skin and cut into bite-sized pieces. * If you are not good at it, please remove the skin.
Sprinkle the potato starch evenly on the whole.
Sprinkle the vegetable oil in a frying pan and bake the chicken breast on both sides.
When it's cooked, pour in the sauce and boil it lightly while entwining it all over.
What is its taste?
A rich taste with the mellowness of mayonnaise and the sweet and sour taste of ketchup on a miso base. It is a "gutsuri-style home-cooked food" finish that cannot be said to be Japanese, Western, or Chinese. The protein breast has a well-balanced strong seasoning, and thanks to the sprinkling of potato starch, there is no dryness.
Children should like the slightly junk taste. You can make a lot and put it in your lunch box! The rice will go on.
