The butter coffee specialty store "The Strongest Butter Coffee" will open on August 19th at "Kamiyacho Station (directly connected to the station)" on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line. The third store in Japan.

The signboard menu is "The Strongest Butter Coffee". Butter coffee made from coffee, grass-fed butter, and MCT oil. It's as easy to drink as a latte, and you can feel the sweetness of butter. The price is 650 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

At the same time, butter coffee using domestic grass-fed butter, which can only be drunk at the same store, will be sold in limited quantities as soon as it arrives.

In addition, various "strongest salads" (460 yen to 790 yen) using carefully selected vegetables and various moist and chewy "ring sandwiches" (480 yen to 590 yen) are also available.

All vegetables used in salads are cultivated with no pesticides or chemical fertilizers. All dressings are homemade, gluten-free, low-carbohydrate, and do not use chemical seasonings such as preservatives, fragrances, and colorings.


There are 4 types of salad. You can choose from the most popular shrimp and avocado topped with Parmesan cheese, or a protein salad with herb chicken and boiled eggs.

The ring sandwich was developed by the company's registered dietitian. The dough is based on almond powder and contains plenty of dietary fiber. We use carefully selected ingredients such as pesticide-free vegetables, emulsifier-free cream cheese, and mayonnaise. It does not use flour and you can enjoy a chewy bread-like texture.


The nutritional value of all drinks and food menus at the restaurant is calculated by a registered dietitian. The sugar mass is all 10g (0.35oz) or less. In addition, a limited menu will be available according to the season.

As an opening campaign, the first 300 people will receive an original eco bag during the period from August 19th to 21st. It will end as soon as it runs out.


The store is located on the 1st floor of Metro City Kamiyacho, 5-1-5 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo. Business hours are from 8:00 to 18:00. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
