The "Hokkaido Sutadon Fair" will be held from June 29th at the bowl chains "Legendary Sutadonya" and "Specialty Sutadonten". Three types of limited-time menus, "Hokkaido Suta Don," "Fried Chicken Suta Don," and "Big Do" Suta Don, will be sold at each store for a limited time of 50 meals a day.

Among the fair menus, "Hokkaido Sutadon" was sold nationwide to commemorate the opening of the "Sapporo Ekimae Store", which opened for the first time in Hokkaido in June 2017. Approximately 150g (5.29oz) of pork shoulder loin is used, and it is entwined with a special sauce that contains "sweet and spicy sauce" from Tokachi pork bowl and "secret garlic soy sauce sauce" from Sutadon, and is baked fragrantly.

Finally, the shoulder loin is served on a large serving of rice, which is a little over two bowls, and is served with rich Hokkaido butter. The garlic soy sauce and mellow butter scent from the bowl are appetizing. More than three years have passed since it first appeared, and the menu is still requested to be resold, and has been reprinted to coincide with this fair.

"Karaage Gosei Hokkaido Sutadon" is a combination of Hokkaido Sutadon and 3 more "Sutamina Fried". "Big Do" Sutadon is a powerful menu that doubles the amount of meat from Hokkaido Sutadon.
