"Iwashita New Ginger Wiener" is now available!
The wiener "Iwashita New Ginger Wiener" containing Iwashita Food's representative product "Iwashita New Ginger" will be released on June 13th. It is a collaboration with Yamaguchi Farm.
The selling price is 550 yen (tax included) for 120g (4.23oz) (4 bottles). In a collaboration project developed through Twitter, Yamaguchi Farm and Iwashita Foods were connected in March, triggered by a tweet from Marukoshi Apita Nagoya South Store, and the development of a wiener using Iwashita's new ginger was promised.
Contains the familiar "Iwashita new ginger"
Yamaguchi Farm's original brand pork "Toyokawa Mi Pork" is used, which is characterized by its delicious and tender meat quality, sweet and refreshing fat, and a small amount of dullness and lye, and is chopped. Iwashita's new ginger was mixed to the limit as the amount of wiener. It is finished in a smoked pork sausage devised so that you can enjoy the refreshing flavor and texture, and the taste of meat.
The package design is done by Mr. Yamada of "Mamagoto Kitchen tonton" who is the creator of the weak character "Yamadaneko".

It will be on sale from June 13th at the Yamaguchi Farm direct sales store in Toyokawa City, Aichi Prefecture, and at the Iwashita New Ginger Museum in Tochigi City, Tochigi Prefecture. The Yamaguchi Farm Online Shop has already accepted reservations and will be shipped sequentially from June 13th.
