Marudai Foods "Perfect for hot pot! Iwashita new ginger sausage"
Crisp and crispy

Marudai Foods will release "Suitable for hot pot! Sausage with Iwashita's new ginger" in the eastern Japan area (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto) from the end of September.

This is a sausage in collaboration with Iwashita Foods "Iwashita Shinsei Ginger". It seems that this product was developed from the desire to make "nabe", which is a standard winter menu, more delicious and warm.

Chopped new ginger is kneaded into sausage made from pork. You can enjoy the crispy texture and flavor of new ginger along with the crispy texture of sausage. In addition, the skin uses natural intestines and does not easily crumble, making it perfect for pots.

If you put it in your favorite pot such as yosenabe, chanko nabe, kimchi pot, oden and simmer it, the flavor of new ginger and pork will be added to the pot soup and the depth will increase. Also, if you bake it in a frying pan and eat it, the ginger flavor will be more pronounced, and it is also recommended for snacks and lunch boxes.

It will be on sale from September 25th at the Iwashita Food Online Shop and from September 27th at the Iwashita New Ginger Museum. The price is 248 yen (excluding tax).
