Nagano Grape Tart

The Nagano Grapes Tart is a mouth-watering combination of fresh grapes, smooth cream, and almond-flavored tart. Three varieties of grapes are used in the tart: Shine Muscat, Queen Rouge, and Nagano Purple. Each piece of fruit shines like a jewel, and the tart is presented not only for its appearance, but also for its different sweetness and aroma.

In particular, Queen Rouge, an original new variety bred by Nagano Prefecture, is said to be a red grape variety that will make its grand debut in 2022, and is characterized by a sweetness befitting its name, Queen. It is seedless and can be eaten with its skin.
