A collaboration product between the California Walnut Association (Headquarters: Folsom, California, CEO: Michelle M. Connelly), an affiliated organization of the United States Department of Agriculture, which represents California walnut producers and processors. The collaboration between the two companies will be the first in history. The walnuts used are said to grow in the sunny California sun and contain abundant nutrients such as the essential fatty acids omega 3 fatty acids and antioxidants.
