"THE Sichuan Special" is a reproduction of the product on the signboard menu of "Akasaka Sichuan Restaurant" owned by Mr. Chen Kenichi for Mister Donut. This is the first time in about four years that we have been working with Mr. Chen Kenichi. "Mapo tofu noodles" that reproduce the taste of "Mapo tofu" that can be said to be synonymous with "Akasaka Sichuan restaurant" and "Bon bon chicken cool breeze noodles" that reproduce the most popular lunch menu in the summer of "Akasaka Sichuan restaurant" lineup.

■ Mapo tofu noodles

Spicy. A menu that reproduces Chen Mapo Tofu sold at Sichuan Restaurant. It is finished in authentic mapo tofu using Sichuan restaurant's special piechen doubanjiang to add depth to the taste. The price is 580 yen (excluding tax, the same applies below).

Spicy. A menu that reproduces the bon bon chicken cold noodles that are very popular in the summer at Sichuan restaurant. Bon bon chicken sauce that reproduces the taste of Sichuan restaurant has a good balance of sweetness and spiciness, and it is easy for children to eat. The price is 530 yen.

■ Soy milk dandan noodles

Uma spicy. A menu that reproduces the popular soymilk dandan noodles in the summer at the Sichuan restaurant, which uses not only meat miso but also sesame soymilk soup with Chinese pepper. The contrast between soup and chili oil is vivid. The price is 530 yen.
