Yodarechicken with Salad Chicken Recipe
Ingredients
I use Prima Ham's recipe as a reference.Salad chicken 1 package
1/2 bag bean sprouts
1/2 cucumber
<Seasonings>
1 teaspoon chicken broth
Grated garlic (tube is OK) Directions
1 tablespoon sake
3 tablespoons soy sauce
50cc water
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon raayu
Directions
Slice salad chicken into 5mm pieces. Cut cucumber into strips and boil or microwave bean sprouts to steam.Make the sauce. Combine chicken broth, garlic, sake, soy sauce, and water in a heatproof bowl, cover with fluffy plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1.5 minutes. Remove from heat, add sesame oil and raayu and mix.
Arrange the bean sprouts and cucumber on a plate and top with the salad chicken. Drizzle the sauce over the chicken, and top with onion and sesame seeds if desired.
How does it taste?
The chicken is soft, fluffy, moist and juicy. Toss it in the spicy sesame oil-scented sauce, and (we knew we would) it's perfect...! The crispy crunchy bean sprouts and cucumbers invite another bite.It only takes about 10 to 15 minutes to make, so it can be a great snack or side dish when you need one more dish to go with your drinks. White rice also goes well with this dish.
