"Sichuan Mapo Nabe Zen" will be on sale from 10:00 on January 8th at each Gyudon chain Matsuya store (excluding some stores). With rice and miso soup, the price is 590 yen (tax included, same below).

Authentic Sichuan-style mapo tofu made by combining plenty of minced meat, tofu, and eggplant, and finishing with seasonings such as Doubanjiang and Touchijan. Deep umami and spiciness are addictive. You can enjoy a mellow taste by adding "additional cheese alone" (150 yen) and "raw egg" (60 yen).

To commemorate the release, if you order the same menu by 15:00 on January 15th, you will receive a large serving of rice for free.

In addition, the "Sichuan Mapo Tofu Set Raw Vegetable Set" (650 yen) with rice, miso soup, and raw vegetables and the "Sichuan Mapo Tofu Single Item" (500 yen) will also be on sale.
