Crunchy and Savory ♪ Bread Crumb Cookies Recipe
Ingredients (for 14-15 cookies)50 g breadcrumbs
50 g light brown sugar
30 g sugar
2 tablespoons salad oil
2 tablespoons milk
A pinch of salt
DirectionsCombine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a spatula. Even if the mixture is not quite cohesive, it is OK if it is well blended.
Scoop with a spoon (a tablespoon is recommended), press down with a spatula to form a shape, and drop onto a baking sheet. If it seems to fall apart when dropped, add milk in small quantities and see how it goes.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes. When the edges are golden brown, the cake is done!
