Ginger Cookies with Tube Ginger Recipe
Ingredients
100 g flour25 g sugar
20 g salad oil
1-2 teaspoons tube ginger
Cinnamon to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 170°C.Combine salad oil, sugar and ginger in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Add the flour and cinnamon, and work together with a spatula to blend. If it doesn't come together, add milk a little at a time and see how it holds together.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin to about 3-4 mm. Since I didn't have a rolling pin or die cutter on hand this time, I had a miniature bottle do the double duty.
Place on a baking sheet lined with a cookie sheet and bake in the oven at 170℃ for 13 minutes. When browned, they are done.
Ginger Cookies How do they taste?
Crisp, light and savory. The more you bite into it, the more the warmth of ginger and sweetness spreads. The cinnamon flavor is also very spicy! Don't worry, you can hardly taste the spiciness.
With their small texture and rich flavor, ginger cookies are much more addictive than cookies that are only sweet. Try them when you get tired of simple recipes!
