A new menu "Super Coarse Beef Hamburg Steak Set Meal " was released at 10 am on February 25th at each Gyudon chain Matsuya store (excluding some stores). The price is 790 yen (tax included) with rice, miso soup, and raw vegetables.

A 100% beef hamburger steak made from "ultra-coarse" meat. Introducing a large volume of 200g (7.05oz).
Plump and round
As the name suggests, the meat is super coarsely ground. When you put it in your mouth, it unwinds and spreads the meatiness. It has a punchy texture like a hamburger steak!
The special sauce is a rich demiglace sauce. It is not too sweet and not too salty, and brings out the flavor of the meat. It goes perfectly with rice and raw vegetables.
Under the hamburger is onion saute and potato salad. The onion saute is accented with a crispy texture and a refreshing flavor. Creamy potato salad softens the rich sauce mildly and enjoys a varied taste.
Matsuya's set meal is a little expensive at 790 yen, but at a specialty store, the quality and volume will be around 1,000 yen. Recommended for days when you want to eat solid meat!
