In commemoration of the "London National Gallery Exhibition" to be held at the National Museum of Western Art from March 3rd at the limited store of the fruit tart specialty store "Kilfebon", two new works that imaged the exhibited works Tart will be on sale for a limited time of about a month and a half.
The tart that will be sold are the images of Van Gogh's "Sunflowers" and Monet's "Water Lily Pond". It is an original product that reflects the individuality and characteristics of each work and artist. We handle two stores, Grand Maison Ginza and Grand Front Osaka.
"Orange and Mango Tart ~ Himawari ~", which is the image of Goch's "Sunflower", is made by layering mango pudding on matcha and honey-flavored almond cream, decorating with orange and mango, and squeezing meringue. Bulgarian sunflower honey is used as the honey after "sunflower". The meringue that expresses Van Gogh's powerful style of painting, and the cross section of the cut cake also conveys the "sunflower".
