"Macaron Phrase" and "Biscuit Troyes" for White Day will be on sale from February 15th at Shiseido Parlor for a limited time and in limited quantities. Each is an assortment of macaroons made from Fukuoka Prefecture's "Amaou" strawberry puree and three popular biscuits.

Macaron phrase

The macaron phrase is 1,377 yen for 5 pieces. The dough is made by adding sugar, almond poodle, and Fukuoka prefecture "Amaou" strawberry puree to the meringue, and the cream is sandwiched between the Amaou strawberry puree and the vanilla paste containing vanilla beans from Madagascar. The outside is crispy and the inside is moist. It features a sweet, gentle and mellow scent.


The package expresses the long-awaited joy and excitement of the arrival of spring with the love of strawberries and spring plants that seem to have a sweet scent. It is a gorgeous design reminiscent of a bright spring day.

Biscuit Troyes

Biscuit Troyes is 594 yen for 8 pieces. Shape, thickness, texture, aroma, and taste. Assortment of 3 types of biscuits that are small but each has a unique material carefully examined and baked.

Two pieces each of "Kannel", a baked confectionery with a cinnamon powder scent on a thinly baked crispy dough, and "Caramelize", which is topped with fragrant caramelized almonds. Contains 4 pieces of "Vanilla", a royal baked confectionery with abundantly added vanilla from Madagascar.


Three types of biscuits are likened to flowers in the package, and they are expressed as adoring spring plants. It is a refreshing design that feels the liveliness of spring.
