If you do not want to lower the temperature of the drink, place it in a heatproof container and defrost it in the microwave. It is not recommended to drink it with milk alone, as the flavor and texture will be slightly less than before freezing.

Note that the ice melts much faster than ice, so be sure to take it out of the freezer quickly (melted parts will stick to the ice when refrozen). If you are under pressure from the impending expiration date, I think it is a good idea to freeze some of the food right after you buy it!
