How to make
First of all, chicken rice. Cut bacon, onions, carrots and peppers into 1 cm squares and fry in a frying pan with olive oil. You can change the ingredients as you like as long as the amount is about the same.When the ingredients are tender, add tomato ketchup and rice. Stir fry while mixing roughly so that the whole is familiar, and season with salt and pepper.
Completed chicken rice. Serve on a plate.
Next is the egg. Mix milk, eggs, potato starch and salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well. Be careful not to leave lumps of potato starch.
Put the mixture in a frying pan and heat it over medium heat while stirring with a spatula. When the whole thing comes together, turn off the heat as soon as possible.
Completed over chicken rice. You can also sprinkle black pepper if you like.
How does it taste?
Eggs finished with plenty of milk are mellow! However, the potato starch makes it thicker and you can enjoy the voluminous feel. It goes perfectly with chicken rice, which has a rich ketchup flavor.
