This is the first time that Grill Mantenboshi has supervised a convenience store's boxed lunch. The "Grill Manten-boshi Omelette Rice" is a specialty restaurant-quality omelette rice dish that combines a rich and flavorful demi-glace sauce, eggs rich in buttery flavor, and chicken rice with the delicious taste of tomatoes.The omelet uses a rich "fluffy" egg with butter added. The demi-glace sauce, which has been repeatedly tried and tested to be close to the quality of Grill Mantenboshi's demi-glace sauce, has a delicious taste of fon (western-style soup stock) and red wine. The chicken rice, which reproduces the "stir-fried" taste of the restaurant, has tomato paste added separately from the ketchup sauce, so that the original flavor and acidity of the tomatoes can be enjoyed.
