Ministop "Gyukaku" Supervised Menu

Ministop is now offering new menu items supervised by the yakiniku chain "Gyukaku". There are 10 varieties ranging from yakiniku bento to melon bread.

This is the third in a series that was popular in August 2018 and January 2019. It will feature rice dishes, noodles, soups, salads, breads, and sweets under the theme of "Winter Stamina." Details are as follows, and all sales prices include tax.

Gyukaku Yakiniku Bento

Gyukaku Yakiniku Bento

Gyukaku Yakiniku Bento is 599 yen. The meat is made from Black Angus beef, which is characterized by a good balance of lean and fatty meat, and two kinds of sauce, "Momodare" and "Tsukedare," which are used at Gyukaku restaurants, with garlic and sesame oil, which give it an addictive taste.

Gyukaku Crunchy! Spicy Yakimeshi is 453 yen. The thickly sliced ribs on Gyukaku's menu are grilled and covered with crispy spices after microwave heating for a great texture.

Kuromitsu Kinako na Melon Pan

Kuromitsu Kinako na Melon Pan is 138 yen. This original melon bread is a combination of Gyukaku's popular dessert menu item "Aburite Melon Pan Ice Cream" and "Gyukaku Ice Cream" topped with kuromitsu and kinako (soybean flour). The crust is made with kinako (soybean flour) flavored bread and is covered with vanilla whipped cream and kuromitsu sauce.

Beef Garibata Yakisoba

Beef Garibata Yakisoba is 496 yen. This yakisoba is full of stamina, with the umami and sweetness of Gyukaku's yakiniku sauce, plus garlic and butter flavors. It is topped with beef seasoned with yakiniku sauce and garlic.

Yukkejang Soup

Yukke Jan Soup

Yukkejang Soup is 397 yen. Gyukkaku Yukkejang Soup stock is used to give it the flavor of the restaurant. The soup contains beef with sauce, vegetables, and an egg, and is colorfully prepared before heating. After heating in a microwave oven, the soup has a pungent red color, but when eaten, it is said to have a moderate spiciness and umami flavor.

Cholegi Salad

Choregi Salad is 345 yen. This dish is easily imagined as a salad to be eaten with yakiniku. It is served with the dressing used at Gyukaku restaurants so that you can enjoy the flavor of the restaurant, and features a punchy salty taste. It is said that mixing it well with wakame seaweed and lettuce gives it just the right flavor.

Popping Boba de Mango Apricot

Popping Boba de Mango Apricot is 313 yen. It is made with popping boba, which is a hot topic in Korea for its petit texture. The apricot bean curd filled with pure fresh cream from Hokkaido is topped with mango mousse and mango flavored popping boba.

Gyukaku Yakiniku Bibimbap Style Burger is priced at 340 yen. The burger is a hearty burger consisting of yakiniku meat and patty seasoned with Momi-dare sauce, egg and namul, and bibimbap style with mayonnaise and umami spicy sauce. The flavor of the yakiniku meat and the special sauce are said to be perfectly balanced.

Gyukaku Curry Bread is 159 yen. Filled with curry infused with the umami of beef and the richness of sesame oil, this spicy curry bread is said to be like that made by a yakiniku restaurant.

Gyukaku Karubi Meshi

Gyukaku Kalbi Meshi (Kalbi Exclusive Rice Style)

Gyukaku Karubi Meshi (rice style rice dedicated to kirubi) is 257 yen. Diced kalbi and yakiniku sauce are mixed together to create a tough and satisfying filling. Korean nori flakes are sprinkled on the outside of the rice ball to recreate Gyukaku's "kalubi gohan" style. This product is not available at all Ministop stores, but only at stores that have introduced handmade rice balls cooked in-store.
