I tried the recommended flavor "Winter Shortcake" in December with Thirty One Ice Cream. An ice cream reminiscent of Christmas classic strawberry shortcake.


The price is 390 yen (tax included) for regular size. Vanilla ice cream is combined with cake-flavored ice cream to express shortcake sponge and fresh cream. Contains a ribbon of sweet and sour strawberry sauce, a green tree in Christmas colors, and sweets in red socks.


Cake ice cream has a modest flavor. I didn't really feel the custard and other flavors associated with the canary yellow coloring. On the other hand, vanilla ice cream is a classic and you can enjoy the scent of vanilla.


Strawberry ribbon is a topping that goes well with vanilla because it has a strong acidity and sweetness along with the refreshing scent of fruits. The mixed tree and sock sweets taste like chocolate, and it's so cute that you'll want to dig them out one by one with a spoon.



A dish that you can enjoy a casual Christmas mood with a corn or cup in one hand. I want to take a rest and eat in a well-heated place such as the eat-in corner.
