Seasonal Shiro Noir "Osatsu Noir" is on sale at each Komeda coffee shop (excluding some shops). Limited time until late November. The price is 750 yen for the full size and 550 yen for the mini size (tax included, price varies depending on the store).
This is Shiro Noir finished with cream, sauce, dice and "sweet potato sushi". Sand cream using sweet potatoes from Kagoshima prefecture on other Danish pastries. Anno potato sauce from Tanegashima is sprinkled on top of the soft serve ice cream. To finish off, topped with sweet potato dice that look like it's fluffy.
The mellow cream that you can enjoy the sweetness of sweet potatoes and the sweetness of sweet potatoes goes well with the outer crispy and medium-fluffy Danish pastry. The presence of the cream is more modest than expected, and it adds a slight sweet potato-specific taste to the sweetness of Danish pastry. The honey-like richness and sweetness of the Anno potato sauce is a good accent.
Also, the soft serve ice cream with plenty of Anno potato sauce is delicious! The aroma and warmth of Danish pastry, the richness and coolness of soft serve ice cream, and the sweetness and flavor of sweet potatoes are all enjoyed in one luxurious dish.
Komeda's seasonal Shiro Noir "Osatsu Noir" is irresistible for sweet potato lovers. It is a sweet that is perfect for the fall of appetite ♪
