The 2019 version of "Chukaman" will be on sale at each Lawson store from July 30th (excluding some stores).

This year, the dough has been improved to match the filling of Chinese steamed buns. For meat buns and pizza buns, we are particular about how to cut the ingredients and the ingredients, and are finished so that you can enjoy the "umami" of the filling and the "texture" of the dough.

・ Juicy meat bun
Uses "ice temperature aged pork" which is characterized by its juicy texture and umami. Pork cut into dice is seasoned with oyster extract and Western-style soup stock, and wrapped in a fluffy and chewy dough. The price is 130 yen (tax included, same below).


・ Pizza bun with melty cheese
Four types of cheese are used: mozzarella with good growth, gouda with umami, cheddar with richness, and parmesan with fragrance. It is wrapped in a fluffy and chewy dough with a tomato sauce made by adding extra virgin oil to high lycopene tomato paste. The price is 130 yen.


・ Cheese spice curry bun
A curry bun wrapped with mozzarella cheese and gouda cheese, and pork keema curry with 12 kinds of spices such as turmeric, cumin, and coriander. By adding demiglace sauce and tomato paste to the secret flavor, it is made deeper and easier to eat even in the hottest months. The price is 130 yen.


・ Hokkaido azuki bean paste
In a fluffy dough, bean paste using Hokkaido azuki beans is included. Using rock candy and granulated sugar, it has a moderately sweet and crisp aftertaste. The price is 120 yen.
