"Grand Luxe de Peche" is on sale for the first time in 3 years at the online shop of LeTAO, an Otaru Western confectionery store. The sale period is until August 31st. It is size 5 (15 cm in diameter) and the price is 3,888 yen (tax included).

This is LeTAO's summer cheesecake, which is packed with two types of peaches. We use white peaches with an elegant sweetness called "Okubo seeds" and "golden peaches" with a juicy and rich sweetness. The final touch is a peach panage. We use 1.5 balls of peaches luxuriously.


The base baked cheesecake dough uses two types of cream cheese, mascarpone cheese from Northern Italy, and sour cream for a refreshing summery taste without becoming too sweet. The crispy texture and flavor of the almond crunch scattered on the sides is an exquisite accent.
