"Yumeiro Rainbow Cake" will be on sale from February 26th at each Fujiya pastry shop. The price is 480 yen (tax included, same below).
This is a layered rainbow cake finished by sandwiching milky chanterie cream on 5 colors of sponge dough. From the bottom, the sponge is layered with melon flavor, banana flavor, strawberry flavor, blueberry flavor, and ramune flavor.
Also, on March 4th, "Premium Custard Pie of Jonathan Apples from Aomori Prefecture" will be released. This cake is made by putting custard cream on puff pastry and serving plenty of crispy apples. The price is 480 yen.
